One touch of the ball in the box in two Euro finals for Harry.

30 years of hurt now since, well, 30 years of hurt.

Lovely

Add in the one champions league final he “played” in and it’s clear he’s not a player for big games

You’d nearly want them to win something at this stage, just to get the years of hurt shit over and done with.

They should target the Nations League.

Was thinking about that during the game last night. But in the end came down strongly against it. Let’s keep the run going.

The backlash has begun and it’s aimed for Jude’s back

England and Liverpool go hand in hand.

Despicable to think Southgate got toxic abuse.

A new challenge at Old Trafford awaits.

Klopp would be perfect for England. Aren’t the royal family related to the nazis too.

They would say vice-versa.

In all seriousness, Gareth Southgate is a top, top fella and in time may come to be recognised as having been quite a good manager, if not a top, top manager. But most of all he’s a decent man, which to be fair, is an impression most ex-England managers leave, with the exception of Glenn Hoddle and Fabio Capello, who were arseholes. OK, probably Terry Venables too, but he was a sound and very likeable sort of an arsehole.

If the FAI had of hung on for another week they could have had him.
