Gareth Southgate staying on as England manager apparently. Sky Sports reckon they couldn’t have found a natural successor😅
Southgate is the best man for the job.
We’ve lost another one of our 1966 heroes.
George Cohen RIP
Genuine question here. Hold your nose and imagine you supported the inglish soccer team and genuinely wanted to see them do well. Who would you appoint as manager (realistic appointment who might actually take it)
Gareth Southgate
Mourinho
If I supported any team I’d like somebody from that country/county/whatever you’re having yourself so I think Eddie Howe is the man for the job, but I think Southgate has done a good job and appears to have a happy camp
Mourinho
I doubt Eddie Howe would take it at this point?
Realistically, no really good manager is going to take it.
Someone like Wenger could be interesting.
Actually he would. Mourinho would be box office.
I missed that part, you’re probably right
Hi guys. I already gave the correct answer to this.
Enjoy your Christmas eve
Jose Mourinho
It has to be Englishman. The outside manager dalliance was a bad idea and just didn’t work.
Would you take Sean Dyche?
Big Mick McCarthy

Best Christmas present this year is Southgate getting a new contract. Glorious failure awaits in Germany.
England have done the outside manager, it has to be a proud English man. It’s Gareth. They’re very very close.
I’d get rid of Kane
