Epl 2011/2012

Decent last 20 minutes. Bellamy definitely improved matters and they passed the ball a lot more authoritatively in the final quarter as well. Kuyt, Suarez, Carroll, and Bellamy on the pitch at the same time though?

Disgusting to see Bellamy and Suarez pelted with missiles by the Everton animals.

A great win for us

The midfield really is a worry, your favourite player is having to do a lot of work on his own which I worry about with Utd coming up.

There’s no physical presence in midfield at all. That was the problem even under Benitez when we had a few injuries. Lucas is still our working replacement for Mascherano and presumably Charlie Adam is filling Alonso’s shoes. It’s not as if the wide players are picking up the slack either.

Steve Bruce must be on borrowed time at this stage

Goosed. It’ll kill Mother Teresa to pull the trigger.

EDIT 2-2 now

Steve Bruce

McCarthy the bluffer being caught out by the mastermind that is Alan Pardew, 2-0 to Newcastle at Moulineux.

Adam Johnson with the first, and then super motherfucking Mario

Another shit performance from United. All over the place at the back again, a clean sheet really flatters them. Evans is just a disaster waiting to happen, Valencia at right back can’t last for too much longer. Rooney and Hernandez had stinkers today too. International break coming at a good time.

Didnt see the 2nd half. Heard Norwich had a few chances. The great start was never going to last. At least they picked up the 3 points and remain top of the league.

Shan, is the superb Smalling still out injured?

Yes he is and the sooner he back the better. Valencia isnt a right back and it showed today.

Gabby Agbonlahor, what a start to the season. A two fingered salute to Gerrard Houllier if ever there was one.

I was a huge fan of the Agbonlahor of 2-3yrs ago, such raw pace and directness. He seemed a good deal heavier the last year and a bit, i wonder does he enjoy a few pints. Anyway, great to see him return to form…

He is a massive fan of the gym, he bulked himself up too much last season but seems to have trimmed down again this season which suits his style of play better. The fact that he is being played in a central role rather than stuck out on the wing is a big paart of the reason he has returned to form.

Bump

Great start to the season on the betting front.

It’s been rumored before on Villa forums that Gabby’s brother Charisma Agbonlahor has played or plays GAA in Birmingham. Bit ironic a player called charisma playing GAA but will try and find out if there is any truth in it.

Chelski -1 @ 11/10 today seems generous enough?
