Unless you up your game, I won’t be responding to you on this thread. This thread is dedicated to intelligent discourse, not childish banal point scoring.
Like all Trump supporters, you run away when challenged.
You lack the tools to engage in intelligent discourse and are completely brainwashed by a president who engages in childish, banal point scoring by the truckload.
You’re a joke.
‘Misspoke’ is wonderfully Orwellian
Trump admits he misspeaks yet his conspiracy theorists go wild wondering what Sweden are hiding. We live in strange times for supposed truth.
The finest example of misspoke was when Hillary claimed she had to run from her plane to a waiting vehicle to avoid sniper fire in Bosnia. Unfortunately there was video showing her strolling casually.
Look all politicians are trained liars, some better than others. Trump is a terrible liar as he didn’t have a lifetime in politics to be trained in the art.
It wasn’t a lie.
So she ran from her plane to a vehicle under sniper fire? Do you have evidence to back up her claim (which she later retracted).
Or are you talking about Trump (who is a brazen liar)?
You’re saying Trump lied then. That’s hilarious.
Trump is a compulsive liar. My point is that lying is standard fare for politicians, if you take what they are saying at face value you are off to a bad start. Look at your own glorious leader, has he ever opened his mouth and not either lied or misspoke?
Stop trying to change the subject. According to you Trump lied about something that could be fact checked in seconds. That’s laughable.
on the button as usual
@anon7035031 is a terrifying example of what’s happening now. People just choosing what news to believe in depending on what their agenda is.
The real issue here is the dumbing down of society. Reason has been replaced by emotion, and social media is accelerating the trend.
There are “not my president” marches here today in honor of Presidents’ Day. While the demonstration of democratic opposition is to be lauded, its when the participants are interviewed the fun starts. One stated that they were marching to protect the LGBTQ community who Trump was attacking.
Never mind the fact that at a campaign rally before the election, Trump saw a LBGTQ banner in the audience, asked the person to come forward and he held the banner aloft. Never mind the fact that not one utterance has been made against anyone due to their sexual orientation, quite the opposite.
The fact the media don’t try and educate or at least question people making these kinds of statements is scandalous.
There’s no point engaging in any form of debate with @Sidney pal,
The fella is a proper lunatic.
What are in even trying to say?
Trump was talking about the dangers of uncontrolled immigration (listen to the whole segment rather than the soundbite). He has constantly used Europe as the example of failed immigration policy. It’s hardly a new phenomena, accepting refugees and then doing nothing to integrate them is a policy for failure (look at the Paris and Brussels suburbs). Sweden is the latest example, there has been no plan to integrate their refugees, just politicians clapping themselves on the back for how noble they are. Without successful integration, you are inevitably creating the next generation of radicals.
I presumed he just made a mistake. You believe that he lied. I’ll take you at your word. It’s terrifyingly hilarious if so but so be it.
Not as clear cut as you make out - VP has a track record which would concern the LGBT community as does Sec of Defence. Having said that he did row back on revoking certain Obama executive orders after LGBT lobbying.

I’d like to commend @anon7035031’s work and they way he has diverted/ resisted from cheap point scoring… @TheUlteriorMotive has followed suit and is playing the ball, not the man, here.
Scott Adams blog is very good for a counter view point on Trump
@ChocolateMice playing a blinder here.
