Sorry, that’s right, I forgot about that one. Turkish football internationally was coming out of a big slumber around that time. They went from minnows to World Cup semi-finalists in little over a decade.

I’m not aware of Hasan Sas ever playing a professional football match outside of the 2002 World Cup finals. But he was very good in those seven career matches he had - world class.
He never left Galatasaray. TBF they had a very good team at the time
