As one of my coaches used to say, stepping up in that situation rather than tracking the run is cheating.

Considering the injuries and we’re away from home against a good team that’s a very good performance. Frustrating to throw away the two goal lead obviously and I’m fearful about the outcome but we caused them lots of problems by taking the game to them and it’s been excellent.
Rogic has been outstanding. Some gorgeous touches. Impressed with Juranovic and Jota too.
Celtic have a real tendency to make a flying start away from home in European games and then fade. Been a real hallmark of the team during the Rodgers and Lennon era’s.

Yeah it’s been a pattern and it will probably be even more pronounced under Ange considering the emphasis on tempo and disrupting the opposition which has to drop off naturally as the game goes on.
