Maccabi Tel Aviv have nominated Cyprus as their venue to play Riga
It reminds me of the last time they had to nominate a neutral venue which was of course 2014 when Maribor refused to travel over the Gaza situation as Hamas had tel aviv in range.
A 2-2 draw sent Maccabi out 3-2, an interesting point was that Oscar Garcia left as manager due to the stress of the Gaza situation and joined Watford, now Maccabi go to Cyprus again with the news that manager Vladimir Ivic is expected to be named as the new Watford boss any day…

Linfield could be through to play Legia after x2 of Drita’s players have tested positive for C-19 so they are done AFAIK - linfield are back in belfast and the whole drita side are in quarantine in switzerland
