I wish our streets were as relatively clean as that
Take the Christmas lights down from the tree ye lazy fuckers.
Only 6 months to go
What going into the building beside the bank? They were rooting and tearing at it yesterday. I assume some sort of coffee shop?
Itās Christmas every day now for Limerick hurling.
Thereās a Guji (old barracks) shop gone in where Timberland was, Starbucks already on the corner a couple of doors from that site
Surely not???
Dublin has 7 or 8 coffee shops on each street. It seems there can be an infinite amount of them and they all survive
I went in for a look the other morning.
Iām a massive OB fan, and they were seemingly using OB beans but it was a very disappointing coffee.
There was talk of Nandoās and Five Guys when it was sold, but Nandoās is opening in the Crescent.
It will be some kind of fast food place anyway by the sounds of it. Will be handy for the delivery guys that congregate at Roches Stores.
Most of them are fronts for money laundering, like car washes
The mobile phone repair shops are surely money laundering fronts, or else we are the clumsiest nation that ever lived
do you have those shitty american sweats shops aswell?
That trend seems to be dying out. Itās all about the bubble tea now, and Iām so out of touch I donāt even know what that is
It gets earlier every year.
Limerick is completely dead now in the evenings.
Noticeable in Dublin there isnāt any drinking on a Friday anymore and quiet on Thursday evening too.
I guess a lot of people are working from home during the shoulders of the working week.
I go for pints in town midweek a fair bit, and any pub I go to is usually nicely busy. Not absolutely mobbed so that itās unpleasant but you might struggle to get a seat.
Thatād be more on a Tuesday or Wednesday tbh but by 2am though, there wouldnāt be many hanging about really.
Especially in the summer after a bank holiday weekend.
The students are finished up too and Thursday was always a good night out
And unlike the so called capital not a skanger to be seen
