You hope!!! Enjoy.

Yea, I think you’re right.
A 40 Amp RCBO tripping like that should be pulling down half the house.

It’s clearly not sized right. Or is being repurposed.

Well nobody has done a thing to it since I moved in a decade ago

Did you get it sorted?

Nope…was out at matches all day must see can I get a sparks tomorrow

After they sort the problem just ask if the RCBO is sized correctly.

Have you installed a car charger in the interim?

No…

Only change to electrical set up in house was installed solar 2 years ago

I was hoping you were going to say no but you doubled down with a solar array!

I assume you may also have a battery system installed too?

No battery

Lets hope the solar system isn’t pulling 40 Amps.

After a recent attic conversion (@Juhniallio) with movement of tank and extra rad put in, our hot water and heating went extremely Pete tong where hive system went radio rental and we had to disconnect that and had no heat in house. We were working off turning on immersion just to have showers. After trying to bleed rads one by one, we bit the bullet and got a power flush through the whole system today. Mudderagawd the place is like a Turkish bath - scorched, rads hopping everywhere that were never like this before.
Winter is coming - we’re ready

It’s one of the simplest yet gloriously effective treatments out there. If anyone is contemplating it a cautionary word - ensure the plumber sits the draining end of the hose into a drain/shore. My man left it glugging away merrily on the driveway and it took weeks and multiple blasts of
power washers to remove the black staining… Top advice though.

Could somebody translate that from Turkish into English please?

Would you believe I only got this sorted yday. Lucky we have an electric shower anyway so was not the biggest problem but waited three weeks for a sparks to come and tell me it wasn’t something he could fix and plumber needed. Waited until yday for my regular plumber and he diagnosed the problem in about 90 seconds (one of showers leaking internally) and said he’d send on one of lads to sort it…young fella came replaced two showers and did a few other bits and pieces …sorted says I…

No hot water this morning. Mains working fine…assumed airlock…tried to unlock by pushing cold water back up the mixer tap in kitchen…no joy…up to artic and the water tank 95% empty and no water coming back into it…

Assume I just need the fucking plumber to come back?

The boss probably turned off the water supply to the tank and the young lad never turned it back on.

Or something like that….

Id guess something exactly like that. I text the plumber there asking was there an easy fix i.e. il do it myself if you tell me how…he said he will get the lad to call again…I’d guess as a “learning” to finish the job properly

Exactly.I made two young lads go to a house one Sunday to clean it out properly like they should have done on the Friday evening instead of pissing off to the pub early. The threat of doit or dont bother coming back seemed to jolt them into action

I bought a rubber mallet this morning. A wonderful addition to the van.
