Follow the luas to the canal, the canal to leeson street turn left just after leeson bridge, through two lots of traffic lights then left. That’ll bring you out by the us embassy, rds is right beside it.

Yes. But factor in time of day too. Series of traffic lights as you come along the canal and busy at rush hour in particular. The traffic along the canal often comes to a complete standstill when it rains heavily also.
