Watched a couple of interesting documentaries on Shenzhen lately.
Facial recognition, cashless society etc, not sure Iām a fan of that.

The cashless society is pretty much 100% in place without any complaint, thanks to Covid-19.
I bought my first take out coffee on Monday, and the lady at the ācashā register held out the card machine automatically, assuming I was paying by card. I had an especially tatty-looking five euro note in my wallet, which I handed her instead.
