Burger joint prides itself on sustainability?
Pat McDonagh was flat out working at the Portlaoise Plaza last night. He came 2nd to Michael D for biggest gut of the day.

We went into 14 and came away out of it again twas so busy. License to print money those places.
We ended up going to some Francescos place in the middle of an estate in Portlaoise cc @myboyblue

Portlaoise Plaza is the place to stop now. Never as busy as J14 and the Supermacs there seems ultra efficient.

He looked like a man who had a serious days work put down. The shirt hanging out and very frazzled looking. I’d say he was more of a hindrance than a help to the staff.
He had wanted to be helping out in one of his hotels at the weekend. A heap of young lads embarrassingly bad at pulling pints.
