I bought a chicken coop for chicks I had at start of pandemic around May 2020. Decided it was too big and was refunded. Fastway were to collect.
It’s still sitting outside in my shed. I’ve never dealt with UPS but Fastway are some laugh.

Had to physically go to little island and rant
They actually blamed me and tried to say that I never returned to the local shop

Ah, I have some sympathy.
It’s hard when a self-employed chap has to take a day off work and hang around like a spare doing nothing waiting for a courier to arrive.

Could you blame him in all honesty….
The letterbox would probably disintegrate if you touched it or would fall off the wall altogether. Then you’d be in a legal battle with the courier sector.
