The rats ran the place when it was open, I cant imagine what its been like since…

The comments on the article on Facebook said the whole place is in ruins inside it. Which considering it was in ruins before it closed is hardly surprising.

It seems that if you have enough neck you can borrow what you like, live the high life, not pay creditors and rinse and repeat.

The more you owe the bank when you go bust the better.

Go big or go home.

Read this fawning indo horseshit article and youll see plenty of signs this guy is a fucking bandit. No accounts. Loads of mystic bullshit about his skills.

Jay Bourke :slightly_smiling_face:

The Welcome Inn on Parnell St was irreplicable. Not a window left in the joint, most put out by the proprietor himself in fits of rage. The sole barman and owner John would go walkabout every day and the punters would pour their own pints and leave the money for him on the counter. It was an eclectic joint, with a surprising crowd.

Trader John’s, Moore St. An earlyhouse that was a fence for stolen goods around town that attracted night shift workers, criminals and market traders. Mad shop.
