September change of temperature / return to school and creche bugs in full swing. My sinuses have been on fire since Tuesday morning. Itā€™s probably COVID but thereā€™s not a test to be got anywhere. 2 others in the house taken down with something similar.

Iā€™m feeling a bit sick today, guys. My Garmin watch had my body battery flatlined at 5/100 yesterday & I usually only get that after completing marathons or having a load of strawberry daiquiris. It rose marginally after a turbulent overnight sleep & Iā€™ve an upset tummy & aches/pains in my legs & head. Iā€™m raging with myself because I havenā€™t gotten around to getting my latest 9th anti-covid winter ā€˜24 booster & I suspect Iā€™ve come down with it.

After a few weeks of blood, shit, snot and puke from the kids Iā€™ve finally succumbed to the sniffles and a lot of mucus in my chest.
