If he makes the Festival, I think he will run in Gold Cup. That was their stated objective at the start of the season and they have campaigned him as such. I think he is all stamina and the longer trip will put less pressure on his jumping. I’m prepared to forget his last run as yard was clearly wrong.
yeah me too (last runs) but I don’t think the stamina issue was put to bed, his chance in the Ryan Air is obvious and Jonjo has The Holywell in the GC and will put his first choice up on him. Exchanges would indicate he’s going for the shorter race…he’s ~14s
