I presume CMAT is a massive Fine Gael fan as the suicide rate significantly declined under Fine Gael government from 2011 onwards.
Given CMAT’s logic that Bertie Ahern is to blame for a rise in the suicide rate in the 2007-2009 period I presume she credits Enda Kenny above all with the consistent decline from 2011 onwards.

They’re deluded if they think they’d be doing any better under Jim O’Callaghan. It would be great entertainment.
