Senator Seanie was by all accounts distinctly the worst for wear when he was pulled over in Rathmines back in the 1980’s. He was still sharp enough though to play his get out of jail card.

He had serious gravitas on local radio as a political commentator on local elections in later years.
The very man. When Senator Seanie had his bit of difficulty, the Dail had risen at something like 8.30 the night before. Senator Seanie was obviously burning the midnight oil in the office as it was around 5am when he was pulled over.
