I know Face The Ball are doing one, I’m in one of their prediction leagues for the GAA Championship and it works fairly well.
You get 4 points for correctly predicting a draw, 2 points for picking the winner and 1 extra point for getting the margin of victory correct.
I can put a prediction league or a last man standing thing together fairly quickly if there’s interest but someone like @anon32894817 or @Copper_pipe can do the admin for it
