That wasn’t the question you asked. You asked if it put him off. Putting an opponent off when he is trying to score is a normal part of the game, sometimes called as a foul, mostly not. As the Mexican manager says it’s a mans game and somebody should think of the children.

I would say it was incidental contact. If I was refereeing the game I wouldn’t have called a foul. They all use their arms in situations like that, not enough in it for me to give a peno.
