10 minute warm up on cross trainer

5 x 6 Squats
5 x 6 Pull ups
5 x6 Shoulder Press
5 x 5 Ab Wheel
10 x 5 push ups

10 minute warm down in pool

Flew through it, 40 minute in total.

im targeting our game against Umm Al Fahm as my comeback ( hopefully) in 3 weeks
tonight

  • 1 k on the threadmill to shake myself up

5 pressups
10 sit ups
15 squats
repeat x 3 - no break

  • kettle bell swing - 12kg x 50

  • kettle bell on the ground - push up position, have the right hand on the kettle bell, left hand on floor - 25 push ups
    -kettle bell on the ground - push up position, have the left hand on the kettle bell, right hand on floor - 25 push ups

  • hold kettle bell 12kg into chest

  • bench/step about 1.5 ft high

  • right foot on step - push up in jumping motion, return to floor
    -left foot on step - push up in jumping motion, return to floor
    repeat x 100

  • jog on threadmill - 500m - hold kettle bell into chest all the time

  • jump up on 2ft bench, both feet x 50

  • 50 sit ups

Would you ever fuck off kev in all fairness
You get up on your high horse over every workout that’s put up here and criticize it like you are some sort of expert, and this coming from the fella who gorges on chickens and mince at 8 o clock in the morning and goes on about the nights he spends down the local St. Vincent de Paul charity center throwing a football around with down and out abbos like it is if AFL pre season training.
