Dismissing it if it was replacing one of the 3 runs with swimming or cycling. If he feels well enough to do something else on other days then fire ahead. But given he probably has a low base then recovery is just as important. Again, an unqualified opinion.

An injury to a knee or similar can seriously reduce quality of life down the road, even shorten it. Anyone should do the bet they can to prepare the best they can with the science and info available at tht time.

You don’ have to be an experienced and qualified coach to see you were giving ignorant advice. Most people would see a huge gap between the advice being offered.

Yes, there was a massive gap between the advice being given by 2 regular runners and a nutjob spoofer who can’t agree with any opinion that isn’t his own.
