Had to quit as with time, the motivation attribute slowly sinks and it dropped from 20 to 4, and I couldn’t motivate the same standard of player to the performances they used to put in, and it was getting worse. Currently with Forest Green Rovers in the premiership. First season. Took them from League 2. Three promotions in four seasons. Stress-fest.
