His long runs in Practice was good on the mediums. Plus he didn’t need Bottas creating a tow to post a time.
Be interesting if Max gets a good start and can build up a lead but I think Lewis passes him at the start tomorrow.
Will Max plough into him if he does make a poor start?
It’ll be some anticlimax if someone else knocks Max or Lewis out.

Not sure on a couple of your points there mate. Hamilton’s time v Verstappen on the last 2 runs in qualy showed that he needed Bottas to get a similar time. Advantage Hamilton over race distance perhaps but Max gets off the line much easier with the softs and will lead a considerable amount of laps you’d have to say. Hamilton for sure will have great pace on the mediums but Redbull have Perez in the mix and showed today how much the two can work together, where Mercedes don’t have Bottas, who from past experience won’t be able to gain enough places to assist. What Redbull did today in qualifying was incredibly difficult to achieve, it could very easily have worked against them if it wasn’t timed to absolute perfection. Nobody wants to see this decided in controversy but Max won’t change his style as he believes he’s being sinned against and I think that has spooked Hamilton. Hope to see it all playing out fairly and on track tomorrow

Sure the only interesting thing about F1 is there’s a chance there’ll be a big crash
I can see perez trying to go on the outside of Hamilton in the first corner and squeeze him. Also on the softs he should get off quickly.
How long can max hold off Hamilton when Hamilton is on the softs and lighter fuel towards the end. Also max needs to get a gap in the midfield to drop into after his first stop which will be long before Hamilton

Lewis has options, Max massively need two good starts. One from himself & Perez
