Reid set for stint at Loftus Road
Republic of Ireland midfielder Steven Reid may have played his last game for Sam Allardyce at Ewood Park.
The Blackburn midfielder is set to join Queen’s Park Rangers on loan according to BBC Radio Lancashire.
Reid has been out injured for over a year with a troubling knee injury but returned to first team action over the past few weeks.
The hard-hitting central midfielder is likely to start his first game for the Hoops on Saturday against Doncaster.

Robbie Keane has scored 41 inetrnational goals for his country. That is not the mark of an average striker. Do you have any knowledge of football? Can you not see how brilliantly composed Keane was to snap up that chance? How was his finishing poor? He had two chances, scored one and was unlucky with the second. Couldn’t do anything else but take it wide but just ran out of space.
And yes we were robbed. The goal should have been disallowed and we were cheated out of it. Had that goal not gone in then it would probably have been penalties but the goal that knocked us out was as a result of cheating.
