I’m anxiously awaiting delivery of the first pair of black jeans I’ve purchased in about 15 years.
What brand Brian? I have started wearing a pair of black nudie jeans more often this year and they are the best addition to my wardrobe in a long time.
I am in the market for a coat. I think a black or charcoal slim single breast coat. I already have a navy peacoat. Something like the all saints ones below. I like the leather collar. But the first I’m not mad on the off centre button up and the second I reckon I want more than the one button. Any suggestions BT? @TheUlteriorMotive.

Not sure what height you are mate but as a general rule anyone below 5 foot 9 shouldnt go with a lengthy coat. Makes them look like a proper plike.

Both of those look a bit loose or baggy for me. I’d prefer a more fitted look.
In truth you need two coats like that - one you can wear with a suit and a smaller one you can wear with casual gear. You’ll look like a mug if you buy one that you can wear over a suit and you end up wearing it over a jumper.
This man is my style guide - sarong aside he never puts a foot wrong. Especially since he turned 35. He’s actually perfect.

I had a pair of Nudie - very nice jeans, but gave up the ghost far sooner than I would have liked for something with a €200 price-tag.

I did say “€200 price-tag” KP - never said I paid the asking price. Let us say there was a certain amount of jiggery pokery that took place at the cash desk, and said jeans were procured for a handsome - nay very handsome - discounted price.

@KinvarasPassion - at the risk of coming across like a cheapskate on a thread where guys are looking at €500 coats, if you’re in the market for some brogues, you could do worse than the pair Penneys have at the minute. It’s the Robbie Williams brand, Farrell - they’re going for a song pal.
