I dont see what the big fuss is over these co living ideas. Its a market for some who may have a need for it. It wont solve everyones problems, but it will solve it for a lot of people. Its not like people are being forced to take up these, its another option on the market. It isnt for the majority, but it will suit a young single person who is on low income but wants to stay closer to the city. Simple supply and demand, if the demand isnt there, it wont be taken up on. That article is nearly all supportive of the idea of it. It can work, but the Irish dream is to build big 4 bedroom houses with a huge garden in the city centre.
Does Brian Kennedy have a picture of his tumorous rectum on the cover of his new album, Iām pretty sure I heard him say as much on the radio today
Iād say that was his grindr profile you were lookin at
Whatās that? I heard it on the radio
What do you have as your grindr profile ?
Iām sure the Irish dream isnāt having to share accommodation with people in your 30s.
Tell that to the lads reading that post right now who are hiding in their cars from their respective wife and children.
Dogging?
Iād imagine co-living in a lot of cases will be even more expensive than sharing a house. But thereās a lot to be said for it I think your own privacy when you need it and some people to interact with when you want. Itās basically fancy student accommodation, nothing to be getting excited over.
Mate of mine lives in the states and while he has his own apartment, it has a lot of those co living type things to attract people to it. So every Saturday morning they put on a free breakfast for everyone in the apartments for example, or thereāll be cinema night one of the nights that kind of shit to get to know the neighbours. They have a party room you can book free of charge, so if you are having a party you have it in an area away from everyone else so you arenāt bothering them. Building has its own gym, itās own shared bike scheme all that kind of stuff.
Itās simple stuff really but sure you get fuck all for your money here.
