So my daughter finished work this morning (she’s on a night shift currently), and went out to her car to find the gas gauge was reading almost empty. She drove to the nearest gas station and tried to fill up, to find the gas just flooded out of the bottom of the car. Had to call AAA and have the car towed. The dealer just called there and told us the gas tank has been drilled, some scumbag went under her car and drilled holes in the tank to steal maybe $15 of gas. What kind of scumbag does such a thing?

You can tell reading that story that Coogan is a complete creep. It’s very odd behaviour. It sounds like he’s grooming Quigley but Quigley is too dense to realise.
