I could write you a book on the fuckers, but in short itā€™s like this: if Eir were the only company offering broadband/satellite tvā€¦.Iā€™d much prefer to go without internet or Sky for the rest of my days. They do not have ā€œcustomer serviceā€ to speak of.

I had an eir salesperson call to the door to get me to swtich to them. I told him that even if you gave it to me for free that i wouldnā€™t go with eir. He was a bit taken aback by that tried to tell me that they are better now. Just told him not chance. None have been back since.
