A lad I knew well was found dead in his apartment in NY last week and was buried yesterday at home.Poor lad was only in his early 50s,I couldnāt go as Iām away on holidays.Ill have to go to the months mind instead.

Indeed. The doctors were pretty sharp in truth because nobody would ever ever expect such a thing. It really is GUBU.
There was a broadly similar case in the US which is the subject of a reasonable film called the Good Nurse where hospitals kept moving on a devious killer nurse because they didnāt want the liability.
