The path under the bridge on Barrow St is a nightmare for this
The worst thing is most of those pedestrian crossings donât even work off a sensor. The buttons are just to keep simpletons busy while they wait
They told you that to stop you hammering the button you amadĂ n.
No mate. Itâs just a fact. Most lights work on a rotation. The button does nothing.
This is the correct way to behave in this instance. Always and every time.
You have to admire New Yorkers moxie, just horse people out of the way. Asian canadians and asians who live in canada are notorious for the random unheralded stop for no reason. You donât get used to it.
@Bandage, I believe the pedestrian lights in front of your apartment only go green if the button is pressed?
Boooooooooooooommmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!
gimp cycles right up behind you and starts ringing the bell as if to say âmove out of the wayâ. Fuck off into the cycle lane or the road.
guilty
Continuing the discussion from Things That Are Wrong:
People who get into a lift, see that floor they are going to has already been pressed, then press the button again. The same goes for pedestrians crossing at traffic lights. Thereâs 15 people standing there waiting to cross and the next person to join the crowd presses the button. WTF? Do they think nobody else has thought to press the button?
Only fair that you got more likes for this one original paragraph than @Bandage got for his compilation reel of tfk things that are wrong highlights
Correct.
No mate. Itâs just a fact. Most lights work on a rotation. The button does nothing.
Youâre not pressing it hard enough pal.

Have you seen the ones on the top of the SCR if you want to turn right for the Crescent, the only way to get the traffic to stop is to hop out of the car and press the button, Iâve never done it myself but seen it happen a few times
