I feel that Clare got too many all stars.8 all stars would indicate that Clare were the dominate team in the country this year which they weren’t.A Cork team that beat them in munster and a Cork team that were seconds from beating Clare in the drawn all ireland final only got awarded 3 all stars!6 All stars would have been enough for Clare and there should have been at least one Cork back on the team.
Clare should have got more than 8 all stars, to reflect the magnificint excitement and style they brought to the championship. I think only phil horgan from cork deserved an all star to be honest, even though he was sent off

thought he was very good when he won first all ireland bar donegal game…gave an exhibition agaisnt tyrone thta year and really came intothe game in last 10 minutes of the final… he was very good this year bar cork game…O´Shea was never goign to have the legs to run around croekr for 70 minutes against a team like dublin…he was lucky with the teams he met on the way there in that most of them had a half forwrad who dropped back and invited Mayo on so the game never got too strectched…and the fact most of the games were won with 15 minutes to go…

totally agree…flynn was nowhere near his best this year…if you saw him in the flesh against kerry in semi final, he couldn´t actually move…he looked so leggy…again connolly came up with big scores that day…
