John Taylor was blackguarded in 86

Can you name the 5 Waherford all stars pre 2000 without google?

Tony Browne got one pre 2000 I think.

Ffs he is 52 .

Tony Browne was Hurler of the Year in 98 shur. They must have got another 1 or 2 that year. Paul Flynn maybe?

John Galvin 1974 and 1982
Mossie Walsh 1981
Jim Greene 1982
Tony Browne 1998

@Aristotle Paul Flynn won his only All Star in 2004.

One in 90’s. Jaysus ye’ve seen some tough times

+1. He should be in there instead of Canning.

Didn’t win an All Star for 16 years, lost to Kerry in the championship, went down to Division 3 of the NHL.

Barry Coughlan no doubt will set that record straight many times over.

Tony brown, John Galvin x2, Jim Greene, mossie walsh

Hurling only started in 98 @Fagan_ODowd

Didn’t deserve one. One of the poorest players in the final.

You hardly expect the selection committee to a actually sit down and analyse the contribution of each player do you?

He’ll win one yet.

Galvin and Greene did well to get them in 82 in fairness, 2 matches played aggregate score -2:24

We had a very good league run that year.

Galvin in the corner?

Yes Brick was very influential.

However the way Coleman responded and still hurled brilliantly in what ball he could get was highly commendable. He never folded and he did alot of good things too.

Would you stop now — He will be a very good player, but he was destroyed that day… No shame in it.
