GAA All Star Wars

Jesus - your man made a show of himself on here today.

Given the amount of Irish school teachers in the place that would be plausible.

I see Enda Rowland scored 4 goals in the All Star game. Was there a few lads missing from the trip that he was played outfield?

HOTY

Hegarty
Bennett (Stephen)
Kelly

Kelly for me. He was incredible this year, even against Limerick when they really had no idea what to do with him. Only for an injury you’d have to feel he’d have driven Clare to an All Ireland final.

:large_blue_circle: Iarlaith Daly (Waterford)

Was that the fella with Kap on the helmet?

Think it was Conor O Mahony in 10 the only Tipp hurler not nominated. He’d won 2 already, but the rest of the team slagged the shit out of him. Mahony wouldn’t give a fuck. An unassuming guy

At least he had the consolation of an All Ireland medal.

To give it a boxing analogy Limerick never attempted to do anything about him because Kiely was confident Clare offered no other threat and they could just walk through the Kelly jabs to land a comfortable KO of their own, in hurling terms they didnt bother their hole even man marking him.

Weakest I’ve seen in a long time.

I don’t recall the games in great detail but he seemed to be a rare performer in Cork games this year, they played reasonable well against Tipp, you’ll always get a couple of nominations, that’s all it is,

You couldn’t really argue with 14 from Lk and Tony Kelly tbh.

Shane Kingston was good in last year’s championship.

They weren’t fit to

Mulcahy lucky to get nominated?

Flanagan was good but I’d say wouldn’t have been nominated on those performances many other years

Kingston is tokenism at its finest
