I’ve backed Clare -15
Considering going for Clare over 2.5 goals as well at 11/10.
Thoughts?

My worry is they blitz them early and then take all the seniors off
Padraig Boyle for Kerry = serious operator
He was operating on one leg in the 2nd half but you just couldn’t substitute him.

I have money won on Kerry to invest. Clare over 2.5 goals at 11\10 looks good
Teams to score a goal -> Only Clare 13/8
The overs bet pretty much cancelled the winning handicap bet.
hm.
whats the story with Minor football, i know Mayo are 4/9 favourites, are they worthy? a friend of mine is lumping on so was curious if i should follow…
T
Tyrone are very hard to beat.
Tyrone lost Ulster Final to Monaghan when Monghan scored 2-3 in last ten minutes after being seven points down
Tyrone then beat Kerry and Roscommon
Mayo hammered Monaghan
conventional wisdom is that minor teams on all ireland final day can do anything

Indeed. Someone “lumping on” a minor match is clearly a psycho whether their bet comes in or not.
Dublin to beat Mayo is 1/1.
Dublin -1 is 11/8.
Dublin by 7-9 is 9/1.
I’ll be lumping imaginary money on all these bets.
The Bally double in the Limerick Senior Football champ this weekend pays 5/2 with Ladbrokes. A great bet.
if Dublin are to win I think Paul Flynn will need to have a big match…i’ll have a piece of the 22/1 on offer for him being Man of The Match…
Yeah super fucking bet.
I am starting to believe in mayo…there seems to be a general glowing undercurrent of belief this time among their diaspora which I have never before experienced, its not the usual paper thin “come on mayo” stuff we have normally seen and I really liked the way they steadied the ship v Tyrone. I think they might do it
They are a super outfit and are incredibly hungry alright KC, but i fear they have not been tested this year and Dublin will test them like no others. Horan is a shrewd operator and this is being highlighted but people are underestimating Gavin imo. He has a super panel and a bench of real quality, so strong i think that Mayo’s fitness will be immaterial.
Young Rock off the bench could be the winner of the contest for Dublin.
yeah, Mayo will need something incredible like Clare '95, Waterford '02 or Armagh '01 to succeed but its very possible and the feeling I get is similar, they look like a team ready to leave it all on the pitch on the big day…I sense a bit of complacency in the Dublin camp I have to say
Dublin peaked around the Kildare game. I think Mayo will expose Dublin in areas.
I think they’ll expose them on the scoreboard kev
