GAA Managerial Merrygoround Thread

Sure Keane is the first Kerry Manager in years not to win an AI.

The Championship structure parachutes Kerry into the last 4 year on year.

He might have mentioned it once or twice alright

Chalk it down.

Ger Gilroy is seething, so its not all bad.

He’s the Dermot weld of Gaa

DoS = Declan o Sullivan I presume? To keep the peace between those other two rather…headstrong individuals? Would be a shrewd move. Not too convinced on PG though.

Aye, Declan is a manager in waiting, and son of Jack.

Galvin is a disciple of Jack and if anyone got the best out of him, it was Jack.

Wait and see.

Declan O’Sullivan is the U20s boss

Have they won any u20 titles after the 5iar minor teams?

Nope. Cork generally have had their number at this grade and they lost to Galway and Kildare also.

This is Galvin the Taliban lad we’re talking here…G’way outa that, he wouldn’t train a pig to be dirty.
While I’d say the Yerras are stung after a few poor years, they’re hardly desperate yet.

I don’t believe he’s ever been associated with the Taliban

I was told on good authority on Sunday that Maher has it and Horgan is debating whether to join him or continue in his Nenagh role (if Nenagh don’t sack him).

I also heard from a Lattin Cullen clubman at the weekend that Nicky was meeting the Co. Board on Saturday, whether anything comes from that is another thing.

Nicky as Director of Hurling?!

Kit man

No better man.

No idea about a Director of Hurling.

I’d say the County Board wouldn’t have a clue what a DOH should do.
