GAA's The Toughest Trade

I missed that.

I don’t work for AIB.

Go back to your trying to get a bit attention by trying to look smart about a lovely Royalist sport a good little chap.

Says the man that’s on here defending some of the most retarded TV ever made. Not one person came out of any of those show with credibility… Oh wow, you guys are amateur, that’s amazing…

Give myself credibility?
Dear dear.
Were you involved in making it? Genuine question.
A lot goes into making the ray D’Arcy show.

I’m telling you now, you don’t want to go down this road … it will be like sticking needles in your eyes

Nope I sure wasn’t.

And as for your ascertain that

Did you expect it to change from last year?

I’d hoped so, yes. I really wanted to enjoy it.
I missed the Murphy / Williams one, but it got good press so perhaps I was unduly hopeful.
Many series improve as the makers get a better feel for what they want.
I think we should be beyond simpering at superficial, patronising guff. I think hurling and football are far far better than that. I think Irish production has so much more to offer.

RTE don’t do sport well anymore. Analysis is patronising at best and panders to the bigger counties.

The format is extremely dependent on finding good individual to come and try their hand at hurling. I didn’t watch last year but it was one of the fat guys that sits behind home base to catch the ball.

It might serve them well not to concentrate on finding any kind of a sportsperson that uses something like a stick and just find someone who is good at sport. Williams would have better than the Canadian chap playing hurling.

I agree entirely. One of the points I was trying to make was that the person selection was poor. Needs a few loose cannons.
The format needs more thought.
They’re happy making ballykissangel, when they should be trying to make calvary. Obviously they will fall short, but they could at least try.

Is that what ye call cuisine in Wexford? I wouldn’t be caught dead ateing ‘chinese’ food … They were queuing out the door for it in Wexford, the degenerate bastards.

A spice bag isn’t a Wexford delicacy. It’s available in Chinese takeaways throughout Leinster. Are they uncommon in Munster?

No they aren’t uncommon.
They are very popular.

I couldn’t tell you as I wouldn’t set foot inside one, mate. The couple of times I’ve lowered myself to it to appease company, i’d usually just order veg and noodles… you’d want to really hate yourself to eat that muck.

Never heard of one either.

Thank you.

@Bandage, what exactly was in it? Chips and fried veg?

Fuck up you - it looked like chips with battered bits thrown in - I couldn’t understand what your wan of the Chins was saying to make it out fully.

Breakfast rolls and spice bags, tis a wonder the poor cunt didn’t throw up all over Larry O Gorman.

Thanks mate. This little prick using spice bags to put the boot into Wexford is disgusting.
