GAA's The Toughest Trade

I hand on e-heart never, ever heard of them… apologies for the snide dig at Wexford, I incorrectly assumed such an abomination would be confined to a certain area.

They are plentiful in Cork anyway

As common as prawn crackers

I’d sooner watch BallyK than Calvary

I was surprised by how much Larry O had aged and then I realised he must be 50 odd at this stage, 21 years since Wexford won in 96, time flies etc

Bbc made Ballykissangel

Yawn.

I’ve heard mention of spice bags and spice boxes but I’ve never seen one, fuckit if I’m gonna have a takeaway I’m not going into one of those disgusting identikit Chinese places all over the country and I’d be surprised if any of the less than half dozen ones in the country are banging out spice boxes.
The muldoons were going wild for them??

There were queues out the door and the phone was hopping with Wexford folk in dire straits looking for them … I’ve had to ask a work colleague do they exist here in Cork and he confirmed they do but he’s never had one… It’s no wonder we are the fattest nation in Europe if the carry on of Wexford folk is the norm among the lower classes.

You live in Cork don’t you?

That’s actually him at the front of the queue in the army pants

That front wall is festooned with Bridgestone awards mate, there’s a queue outside KC’s because it’s got a unique and interesting menu, I’d be surprised if a Chinese in Wexford could say that.

I’d say you’d find lots of unique and interesting things in a chinese in Wexford.

What the story with the anti Wexford sentiment here all week ? Is it sport related or just anti @Bandage stuff.

I love Wexford mate, my observations are anti Chinese. :grinning:
But comparing KCs fine food emporium in Cork middle class suburbia to the Dragon River in Kilmuckridge was uncalled for.

No they’re not they’re McKenna’s Guide Awards.

They weren’t included in it this year.

You mean they wouldn’t pay to be included in it.

Not meaning to be pedantic but most of them are certainly bridgestone awards.

@TreatyStones you pay for the plaque but the McKennas are above bribery, any chipper with an award is doing something very well.

They make their income by selling plaques.
Figure it out

:joy:
