Galway will walk this, Kilkenny looked very average over the weekend against a pitiful Offaly outfit, while Galway have been tested by the team of the Championship so far. This is only going one way. Pile on the Tribes.

I think Gal have a right chance, I will be looking at the handicap as KK realize they have 2-3 games of big time hurling left for probably next 6-8 years and will fight on their backs for this and “as such” you couldn’t rule them out…
Galway cant be bad, they could have won an AI 2 years ago, and destroyed Limerick in the league Q finals. Coming in under the radar. They were very under cooked last year v Dublin in LF and never recovered, wont happen again I feel. Burkes x 2 have undoubtedly strengthened their defense and will be very interesting to see how Eoin Larkin, young Kelly inside go, I feel they will get no change from Galway backs. Richie Power however would be a serious addition for them and they’ll need him to win this, which the probably will in the end…
I presume Canning will be afforded a central position?
