Not that long after. The hotel struggled on, but in truth it was a right shame. Someone like @Lazarus could make it a really pleasant place, but the whole building was so big and old there’d be an awful lot of running in it.

Two of the loudest gigs (Dinosaur Jr and Lightning Bolt) I’ve ever seen were in there

Knocked to the ground this time last year

I know, I was thinking of it as it was. The building was a bit neither wan thing nor 'tother.
I had my debs there.

It was very bitty, I did a good bit of chippy work in there years ago… Not one straight wall in the place

I’d hate to have picked up the heating and maintenance bill

There was some amount of nooks and crannys in the Warwick. Handy for flocking women into a corner when ten to two rolled around. The walk home to town was dangerous though, plenty flaking opportunities.

The lights going on in the Warwick was a harsh experience

A couple of lecturers in GMIT caught out discussing a student presentation

What’s wrong with that?

“I thought I’d have to get a drill and start drilling my teeth, they were so painful to be listening to” was one of the statements

All the students heard them. Some of the stuff they said was great. Let’s be thankful it was two female lecturers and not males.

“I dunno is there something wrong with her, she spoke awful slow, I’ll have to check it out”, “dya’know I was thinking the same meself”

What the fuck are those two teaching.

Of course there is, she’s in GMIT.

The regional tech still employ a lad that put a gloryhole in the lads toilets. These two might get a promotion imo.

Please tell me you’re joking. Are you sure it wasn’t part of his degree**?

**Cert
