Thatâs where the investigation will be I suppose. Once they used that and he didnât stop or go down then they had no option but to use lethal force. They didnât go straight to lethal force and seemed to have only escalated once appropriate.
Another issue will be if he had mental health issues and were services âclosed for Christmasâ.
