General Election 2016

It would appear that a lot of FF votes will be returning home, a lot earlier than many of us expected.

Liberal access is afforded to your pals in Sinn Fein and the AAA as well.

Ryan is a well meaning skin who had a couple of nice ideas in government.

2007

Why have FF being shitting all over FG since then so?

You have a bizarre interpretation of fascism.

FG have been for most of their history a pathetically organised party who for long periods had no idea what they wanted to be. Cosgrave didn’t care for constituency work and Dev destroyed them there and they never came back from that. Dev set up a propaganda newspaper with Irish citizens money and used it as an effective tool for years. They did not overturn them electorally though until 1932 after they agreed to work with the Treaty.

Still though, CnG acted far more honourably and democratically early on in their existence than the founders of FF. They’ve also been a decent government this time out.

[/quote]So a bunch of fuckin blueshirt losers then

So do you. You’ll have to give some examples of FG’s facism apart from some salutes and protecting meetings.

  • did they subvert democracy? No, the founders of FF and SF did that
  • did they cling onto power when they lost an election? No they did not
  • did they build up a military and police force around themselves to hold power? No, they created an unarmed police force and took power from the army
  • did they launch a coup for power ever? No they didn’t
  • did some in FG express support for the actions, and not just hand gestures of the Nazi Party? Some, like Flanagans old man did. But then SeĂĄn Russell and the IRA openly supported the Nazi Party

…this can be continued

For the most part I agree. Didn’t have the eye for power like FF and didn’t know what they wanted to be.

Wexford seems to be an awful spot. Mental health is the big issue. The correspondent with the local newspaper appears to be a transition year student and your father having been a TD/councillor for over 40 years appears to be a prerequisite for running for election (unless you’re Mick Wallace).

One of the respondents explained it, he said all the educated people had left.
