She did superb work in exposing corruption in Dublin North back in the day. She took down a couple of FG and FG heads. She was a shop steward in the airport and universally regarded as a very fair and capable representative. She was instrumental in exposing the mistreatment of GAMA workers, a genuine scandal that didnāt get the treatment it deserved because too few people gave a shit about the victims.

Itās irrelevant waffle. Of all the things to throw at Lenihan, extending the hours worked by public sector workers must be one of the least offensive acts by FF in government.
Iām no fan of Lenihan but the economy was fucked before he took his job in Finance. If he got public sector workers to do a few extra hours to share the burden then I wouldnāt hold that specific act against him. And labelling it in as an action to protect his friends in the banks is just childish.
