General Election 2016

Daly has been one of the best TDā€™s in this dail maybe that is why she is not liked. Herself, Wallace and Murphy have done more damage to the government in 5 years than FG could do in all the years they were in opposition.

Daly should romp home in this election

Ok you got me a clicking,

So Clare was/is against Developer led planning? Okay.

Clare doesnā€™t agree with paying for waste removal or management of it. Okay.

Clare is against Monster Sewage Treatment Plants. Okay.

Clare is against Illegal Adoption & Troops being allowed on planes.

Sheā€™s a real go getter.

Yes. Sheā€™s a socialist. She stands for those principles. Plenty of people donā€™t like socialism, fair enough I guess. But sheā€™s not the only socialist to ever sit in the DĆ”il. Some people just canā€™t look past her wintry disposition I guess.

She did superb work in exposing corruption in Dublin North back in the day. She took down a couple of FG and FG heads. She was a shop steward in the airport and universally regarded as a very fair and capable representative. She was instrumental in exposing the mistreatment of GAMA workers, a genuine scandal that didnā€™t get the treatment it deserved because too few people gave a shit about the victims.

Juliette Gash on Tonight with Vincent Browne looking at tomorrowā€™s papers. The Examiner has held back part of their front page for a breaking story and so there was a blank section on their front page caption. ā€œIt may well be a fiscal spaceā€, quipped Juliette.

Bollox ology? Is it untrue?

Claire Daly and Mick Wallace have been a breath of fresh air to the dail over the last 5 years.

How much they can achieve is another argument, but I have found both to be quite articulate when called upon.

Juliette Gash sounds a lot better then she looks.

Fastest growing economy in western Europe and on track for full employment in 3 years from 15 per cent under FF

The kaiser  will not be deflected by SF soundbites after he has walked the walk

Does she look gash?

Itā€™s irrelevant waffle. Of all the things to throw at Lenihan, extending the hours worked by public sector workers must be one of the least offensive acts by FF in government.

Iā€™m no fan of Lenihan but the economy was fucked before he took his job in Finance. If he got public sector workers to do a few extra hours to share the burden then I wouldnā€™t hold that specific act against him. And labelling it in as an action to protect his friends in the banks is just childish.

Are you implying that begg had some fantastic influence on the financial crisis because he was on the board of one bank? More than the finance minister? If one bank fails itā€™s bad management by the bank. If they all fail itā€™s bad management by the state. Fantastic effort to bring labour into a discussion about how ff ran the economy though. Great work.

Youā€™re some man. Half the time youā€™re on here moaning like a bitch about paying over 50% income tax, then the other half you spend wanking over the finance minister. Strange guy.

Does full employment include people being employed on zero hour contracts, jobsbridge and fas schemes.

Itā€™s a joke, other then the zero tax the US multinationals pay along with the IDA grants weā€™d be fucked altogether.

Thatā€™s a clamping.

Full duck or no dinner.

Think it was just three Protestants in the 31st Dail - Heather Humphreys, Billy Timmons and Jan Oā€™Sullivan.

Are you slow enough to believe there should be a Devine right to 100% employment or something?

Jobsbridge for all the negative bullshit spoken of it has led to full time employment for people.
