General Election 2020 Hub

Christ, you’re trying very very hard today

Leo comes from a privileged fee paying school background.

He doesn’t appeal to working class people, farmers and most of the population.

And if that’s all they want they have nothing long term to offer the electorate as an alternative government, they’re a republican Fianna fail and they’re fuck all use.

Am I? What else have I said today? And all of what I said is fact…youre entitled to your opinion, I’m entitled to mine.

That’s all of fine gael. Coveney while being more genuine and well meaning than Varadkar is equally privileged and out of touch. That is what FG is, the party for the middle classes and landlords who don’t give a fuck about anyone else, that’s why their constituency vote for them.

Who’s arguing? Leo is conceited, arrogant and totally out of touch with working people. He’s a Kylie fan and he attends drug fuelled parties. This is all fact.

How can we expect Leo to be tough on drugs when he turns a blind eye to it when socializing?

He’s like a fish out of water on All-Ireland final day.

Would prefer to be off down the country at Electric Picnic with all those other liberal deviants.

FG representatives are getting hammered in any debates I have seen.

A renewal of the FF & Green coalition government that bankrupted the country and had to call in the IMF to run the show. Maybe they should ask the IMF to come in from the outset this time around.

We need a FF/FG govt. Then both can be destroyed in the subsequent election.

That’s probably as likely a reason as any why it won’t happen

I think FF are on track to top the poll. However I think this could be a high-water mark for them as scrutiny comes on them in the next 3 weeks. Also, in some constituencies they are not set up to benefit from a bigger vote share than expected.

Even if they get to 60 seats it’s a huge gap to a government. In my opinion that’s the biggest issue facing the country. Minority gov is no way to address the challenges ahead and FF will be as hamstrung as FG.
