you can sell the property but the person who buys it will not be an individual who needs to rent …
there needs to be some incentive to rent if we want to tackle the rental crisis - currently there is none from a private landlord perspective and this is a a contributing factor to the situation the country is in today
citing it as a winge is not valid and selfish as the lack of rental property is been cited as an issue perticually in student areas - now we need people to rent - but why would you bother?

A glorious sight to be behold

ah look you’re better than that ffs…

They look well drilled

John Lee here with edginess that a few lads on here would be proud of

Some lads made a proper effort tbf. One or two need to take a long hard look at themselves.

Why don’t you sell it?

i probably will tbh
i was going to keep it for the kids if when they needed it for later years but there is no point at the mo as im loosing a fortune on it by renting it out (one long whinge , etc)
its one less place 4 students could live in the event its sold as thats what we use it for - thats the bottom line - but again not with the narrative

No surprise some gimp from the Daily Mail confuses being invited to a photo op with a press conference.

A poor attempt at a bit of notoriety … Blue Hugh is some joker… every second tweet is SF related and i think these lads are actually driving people towards sinn fein more than anything.

Married if course to the lovely Lorraine Clifford who lost out in Fingal.

Lorraine Clifford-Lee

Where did you hear that?

I read it on @Special_Olympiakos’s post above.

Best thing to do is sell it. Its not worth the hassle and you end having to put money to it despite the rent you get when you factor in Tax, Mortgage, Maintenance Fees (if an apartment) and then cost of repairs.

It was RTE’s refusal to include Mary Lou in the first leaders debate that caused the surge. The Media have their head so far up their arses with their attitude to Sinn Fein, that they cannot see it is them that are driving people to vote for them.

Is he a photographer?
