Maybe you should ask the government for a handout you scrounger.
you can sell the property but the person who buys it will not be an individual who needs to rent âŚ
there needs to be some incentive to rent if we want to tackle the rental crisis - currently there is none from a private landlord perspective and this is a a contributing factor to the situation the country is in today
citing it as a winge is not valid and selfish as the lack of rental property is been cited as an issue perticually in student areas - now we need people to rent - but why would you bother?
Maybe you should ask the government for a handout you scrounger.
ah look youâre better than that ffsâŚ

In a landmark election, Sinn Fein won a seat at the table, though tortuous coalition negotiations will determine who will lead the next government.

Best thing to do is sell it. Its not worth the hassle and you end having to put money to it despite the rent you get when you factor in Tax, Mortgage, Maintenance Fees (if an apartment) and then cost of repairs.

It was RTEâs refusal to include Mary Lou in the first leaders debate that caused the surge. The Media have their head so far up their arses with their attitude to Sinn Fein, that they cannot see it is them that are driving people to vote for them.
