Ger Lough on Cork!

Very sensitive, arenā€™t you Kev? And I only paraphrasing Paul Kimmage, who Iā€™m pretty sure youā€™re a great admirer of.

No you were trying to be funny and you are now hiding behind something somebody else said.

A weak scumbag.

Being a weak scumbag is in his genes. Itā€™s due to the Irish race lacking real genetic diversity, caused by being an island nation.

Hey, Kev, Iā€™ll fight you at a neutral venue if you think Iā€™m such a weak scumbag. How about the North Circular Road gate of the Phoenix Park at midday the next time Cork are playing in Croke Park?

If they are to persist with this short puck out they have to try run it or pick out a link man in the middle. Every time Tipp launched an aimless ball down on top of KK, not only was it easily dealt with, but it galvanised the rest of the team as the full backs came charging out with the ball time and again (Missed most of the Waterford game so iā€™ll refer back to this). This was something I was kind of getting at with Gardiner, even tho I agree he has had his day, he was well able to take a score from distance or deliver the right ball. You can talk about the sending off, but Corkā€™s wastefulness from this platform, and even gifting us a score late on from here, was one of the main factors in why they lost. At times, the movement was great coming up the field, but at others it was naive and sloppy whick KK will lap up all day.

Lehane has to be played out the field also. A much better operator when he is allowed to drift and has the space to operate.

Sid, you are a alcoholic mess. Sort that out first, then call into one of the fitness threads and Iā€™ll give you a leg up.

Ya fair points. You must have sobered up.

I donā€™t think this Cork team lack fight.I just that the current Cork team are a pale shadow of past Cork teams. As for Ger i donā€™t think he has forgiven JBM for finishing his Clare team off in 1999.I think he also holds a grudge towards JBM over those beatings we gave Clare in those two munster finals in the 70ā€™s!

Gerlock spot on in his analysis as usual, I love the way he really gets up the noses of Tipperary and Cork people with his no nonsense home truths

Waterford are an average team besides we kicked their buts in last years championship and we would have beaten them this year as well if we played them especially with John Mullane retired. Those Waterford forwards are useless.

I think Ger seems to have conveniently forgotten that he made a mess out of the Galway job after promising that heā€™d deliver them an all ireland within two years!

I donā€™t like agreeing with Horsebox but heā€™s kind of spot on here!

Horse shit!

Clare are fucking rubbish, the wexford camoige team would beaten them the day Cork beat them, Cork and Clare are the worst teams in Munster, neither of them have the bottle

was it around this time 2 years ago that SLR and chewy louie announced the cunt was dead over on AFR?
