I haven’t heard that, i always use it myself, as i did in my 20’s about 30 being the new 30. Life has changed significantly though that if you look after yourself there is certainly no need to be fearing 40. I intend playing football till then.
Dont fear reching 30 or 40 myself, it just wrecks my head when they go on about this craic. Ray Darcy is regularly on about it, thinking about it that might have a lot to do with the reason it angers me.

I had a scare when I was in Oz doing the whole year away working holiday lark. There I was in debt up to my eye-balls with no full time employment behind me and she tells me her period was well over a week late when she has always being as regular as clockwork. I thought to myself… right if does pans out as it could…I’m absolutely screwed here. She was a Colombian studying there on a student visa – I was a broke ass Paddy (both is us were waiting to get paid so we couldn’t even afford one of those test kits!). In fairness, I never would have had the heart to do a complete runner. Proper head-fuck for a few days until I got the call that it was all a false alarm. I felt like I had won the lottery.
Looking back it is hilarious to think what goes through your head when you are in such a situation. With a good mix of Bogota and Limerick I did cheer myself up dreaming about young Juan Pablo proudly wearing the green of Limerick, scoring 3-10 from play in Thurles while at the same time making his Dad even prouder by giving some Tipp cunt heaps of timber in the 2028 Munster Final.
stupid bitch I was with told me she was late, an hour before I was going into a 5 hour long exam. and got a text when I came out to say, ‘dont worry, false alarm, hope the exam went well’.
What kind of organisation has a 5 hour exam? Is it all written or what?

Well most of my experiences have been with Cork ladies, obviously enough, and believe me, they are as thick, annoying, selfish, loud and as whoreish as any others. they can be quite lovely too though when you find the right one, which i suppose is the game.
ah yeah true enough, I just wanted to get in a dig at Cork, hadnt done so in a while ya know! 
was the only time I really had a proper scare anyway. took chances a few other times but never heard anything about them so all is still good! not getting an itch to have kids now like thrawneen anyway. he should get the French bird knocked up and settle with her, would make a great TFK story
