I’m only going to my first training session on Wednesday, kid… Train/ play in Carrigaline. … if coming to Carrigaline from Douglas side you turn right by the roundabout at the hotel and it’s just two minutes up that road.
Ah i meant what position, so i could go down for a training and kick the shit out of ya
i played in Ballea loads of times.
Used to be midfield up to recently but not sure I have the legs for it anymore so might have to slot in fullback.
Centre half more like kid.
Best of luck with it though. Most of the cunts down there can play ball in fairness.
id love to go back playing the socerball with a local club. if i can get fit i will. cycling 14k 5 days a week for the last month, another couple of months of that and I’ll be back on a field for 1st time in about 12 years. cant wait
Played in goals. Twas probably for the best Clean sheet and made a reasonable fist of the kickouts. 10-6 win after playing with the wind in the first half and turning 6-3 ahead. We go again.
I see my old childhood friend, Bobby Ryan is back playing with our childhood club, Balla… Bobby went on to play for Limerick, Galway, Bohs, St. Pats and Dunfermline. @ChocolateMice went on to play division 4 football in Limerick with Shelbourne.
@Matty_Hislop may have fond memories of him.
Have you made your Cork debut?
No - groin strain.
@TreatyStones - big clash v Askeaton this weekend in the Desmond league. The Ultras will be out for that one I expect?
Big clash v Ballysteen you mean
Heartbreak in the final tonight.
Sorry to hear that
Did you cry?
My mate who lives in Galway sent a message earlier saying “Inter Firm Champs”
You have a m8 who is a pig?
He’s not, but he plays with them…
Young-ish, brash and mouthy
I was disappointed, but at the end of the day my Bob Radcliffe medal is worth more than anything everyone else who took the pitch with me tonight has won.
Was he up front?
I’d say so. Either that or center mid.
