What was it called before, the Wright venue? Haven’t been yet but they seem to be doing well, putting on some great gigs out there. Saw James Murphy DJ before, apparently he always does a surprise set somewhere small after his gigs. He played in garage bar one of the nights after his few shows in the Olympia.

My mates are going to that. I’ll probably be at Primavera Barcelona but if not I’ll be there and we’ll probably have a conversation, unknownst to each other. Maybe I should tell everyone I’m from Fermanagh just to hide my identity.
Edit: Primavera is the next weekend. I will go to James Murphy but will be very well behaved.

Do you mean Secret Society on South William Street? Always just seemed like a pretentious drug den, I never had a good night in it.

I dunno where it is I never went, is that not the after party place with the bus we were on about before? There’s a good 5 days of Barcelona, catch you for a beer at some stage of it. The line up is feckin massive.

That fest has gone huge. Went for three years (05-07). First year I went it was pretty small in terms of crowds but got bigger each year. By the time I went in 07, most of the heads I knew from gigs in Limerick, Dublin and Cork were there, so it was kinda done for me. Always have the best lineups though
