Keep the old motor as obviously they are handy for tipping around in etc but 3-4 times a year at fucking least treat yourself to a top end/high class rental for a short test drive is my advice to you. Nobody need know a thing.

I never actually deleted her number, I probably just said it to myself look better. I haven’t given up - I will attack this with renewed vigour in the coming days.
